Learn how to configure your enterprise workspace, connect LLMs, and enforce security policies on AIETICKS.

1. Quickstart Guide

Welcome to AIETICKS. To get your team up and running:

  1. Register your Tenant: Create your workspace on the Registration page.
  2. Add an AI Provider: Navigate to /LlmProviders to connect your OpenAI or Anthropic API keys.
  3. Invite Users: Navigate to /Users/Invite to add your team members.

2. Configuring AI Providers

AIETICKS acts as a secure proxy between your users and the underlying LLMs. You must configure at least one active provider.

Supported Providers
  • OpenAI: Requires an API Key.
  • Anthropic: Requires an API Key.
  • Ollama: Requires the Base URL of your internal Ollama server.

3. Enforcing DLP Policies

Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies allow you to define regex patterns or keywords that are strictly forbidden from leaving your network.

When a user sends a prompt, the system scans the text. If a block pattern is matched, the prompt is intercepted, the user is notified, and a Blocked audit log is generated.
